Cookie policy

What gets stored in your browser when you visit etradershub.com, what for, and for how long. This policy sits alongside the Privacy policy and covers this site only.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is GSI Global Team Event LLC, Office 302-066, Saih Shuaib 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy go to info@gsiglobalteam.com.
This policy covers the domain etradershub.com. It does not cover the third-party sites we link to: once you leave for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts or Discord, their own policies apply.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise it on later visits. They are used for necessary things, such as remembering which language you are reading in, and also for measuring audience.
This policy also covers browser local storage. Technically it is not a cookie, but it keeps information on your device in the same way, so it belongs here. We use it for exactly one thing: remembering what you chose in the cookie notice.
3. When we ask permission and when we do not
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require your consent and are always set. There are two of them, both listed below.
Everything else is blocked until you accept it. If you choose "Essential only", or close the notice without choosing, no analytics cookie and no third-party resource is loaded: they are not set and then deleted, they are never requested at all.
We use no advertising cookies. We do no profiling, we build no behavioural profiles, and we share nothing with ad networks or data brokers.
4. Exactly what gets set
This is the full inventory. The first two rows are always set; the rest only if you accept.

5. The covers come from YouTube, the player does not
Episode covers are loaded from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com, Google) as the page opens, before you accept anything. That request sets no cookie, but Google does receive your IP address, your browser and the page the image was requested from. It is the price of showing the real covers; we say so because it is true, not because it flatters us.
What does not happen is playback: there is no embedded player on this page. The covers are links, and the episode opens on YouTube in a new tab, where Google's own policies apply.
If we embed the player in future it will load from youtube-nocookie.com and only after you accept cookies. We will update this page before that, not after.
6. Third parties and transfers outside the European Economic Area
The providers that can receive data through cookies are Google (Google Analytics 4 and the YouTube player) and Ahrefs. A data processing agreement is in place with each.
Where processing happens outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) for certified entities, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of these safeguards at info@gsiglobalteam.com.
7. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your mind at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer: it reopens the notice, and your new choice replaces the previous one immediately.
You can also delete cookies already set from your browser settings, and for third-party cookies from the provider's own systems.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and costs you nothing: the site works the same, your visit simply stops being counted.
8. How long your consent lasts
Your choice is kept for 24 months. After that the notice appears again and we ask afresh, even if you deleted nothing. Consent is not open-ended and we do not treat it as if it were.
9. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to processing, ask for restriction and request portability by writing to info@gsiglobalteam.com. Each right, and the authorities you can complain to, are set out in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to this policy
If the cookies we use change, this page and the date at the top are updated. If the change affects cookies that need consent, we ask you again before setting them.
